6 Weeks of Wellness, Mango Soft Serve Demo

Heya guys! Hard to believe we're in Week 5 already! This week's post is short and sweet and the recipe is too!
Since it's super nice out, I thought this weeks demo should be something simple, cold and tasty :) Shopping has definitely been a bit of a pain since this whole pandemic began so I thought this would be a great little recipe to share for the season ahead! Hope you give it a go. Super fun to do with company and children!

...oh and I meant to say keep canned coconut milk in the cupboard not freezer, if you do have extra though it does freeze great!
Mango Soft Serve
2-3 cups frozen mango
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup (a splash more if needed) full fat coconut milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract and a pinch of turmeric to help bring out the glow!
Directions
Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Such a great creamy ice cream texture, I promise it’s sure to please!Top with additional fresh fruit and hemp hearts.*Depending on your blender, add a touch of water or a little more coconut milk if too thick to blend. The trick to a thick smoothie bowl is adding as little liquid as possible.
