Then perhaps this workshop on natural detox is just the workshop for you.  Learning simple ways one can support our health in this way is always a fun subject. In this informative workshop certified holistic nutritionist Sarah Hooff will discuss some of her favorite natural detox practices and when and why one may wish to create a cleanse for themselves. Light meal, food demo and handouts provided.

Nutrition for Mental Health (Part One) 

Such an important conversation right now! For any one curious about a nutritionist's perspective please join certified holistic nutritionist Sarah Hooff for a light meal, food demo and a discussion on which foods, supplements and lifestyle strategies support our mental health most. Light meal and handouts provided.

April (part 2) 

Nutrition for Healthy Digestion (Part Two) 

Created as a stand alone workshop but for those interested in mental health this workshop is also a highly recommended follow up.

Digestive issues are becoming such a common problem for so many people today. In this workshop we'll discuss why that may be and how to restore digestive health. So many people start the work by giving up the foods and substances that cause the distress but education on how to restore digestive health is still missing. In this informative workshop certified holistic nutritionist Sarah Hooff will be discussing the specific nutrients needed, what foods to avoid and helpful herbs and supplements for added support. Light meal and handouts provided.

Minerals for Women's Health 

Minerals are absolutely essential for our health and well-being and women especially need to take care here. Minerals are needed for a healthy nervous system, balanced hormones and optimal energy. In this workshop join certified holistic nutritionist Sarah Hooff for a light meal, food demo and a discussion on how to get more nutrient dense foods in your diet and which minerals we need to pay attention to for supporting women's health.

Supporting your health with Super Foods 

Not sure if you are meeting your dietary needs? Don't really like supplements? Then this is the workshop for you! Join certified holistic nutritionist Sarah Hooff for a light meal, recipe demo and a talk on her favorite super foods for optimal health. Sarah will also be discussing some supplement options one may wish to consider and how to obtain them from food. Handouts provided as well.
